Duane and Selena met in pre-school.....that their children attend. They hit it off immediately with Duane's ability to invite others to play and Selena's ability to coordinate and organize a killer party.

Duane comes from an improv and theater background working at Second City and performing all around Chicago. He got into team-building and community-building working at schools and teaching and leading improv workshops. He has been doing this work for over 20 years now. He has developed and facilitated many leadership, diversity, and team retreats as well as training days for faculty and staff. He loves bringing out the best in others and finding hidden talents. He has presented at conferences around the country, consults with schools, is a director of a summer camp, improvises weekly on stage, acts in commercials, and loves making a fool out of himself.

Selena is the brains of the operation and just gets things done. She is a therapist on the side and has her own private practice. She has worked with groups as a social worker and worked with families on tangible intervention skill-building. She brings a common sense and direct communication style that leads to strong relationships. She is fun-loving, playful, and a go-getter.
